I have used this machine several times with excellent results. It is easy to use and confomfortable to handle over large areas. The machine performs very well for removal of pet stains and picks up pet hair as well. The large resevoir allows for cleaning of a medium sized room with one filling. It is also easy to fill and unfill with minimal spillage. The vacuum power leaves little remaining water which allows for quick drying time. Although a center pull handle with a palm trigger would make extended usage even more comfortable, the machine is easy to maneuver and reaches corners very well. I would recommend this machine for quick and inexpensive and effective steam cleaning needs.
