I ordered this product for my wife's christmas present. I did not order it until Dec 21st and received it on Dec 23 in time for Christmas. My wife just loves the roomba 400, it cleans and picks up all the dog hairs on the carpet and floors. She likes the idea that when she sets it and it starts up she just goes about her daily routines and lets the romba do it thing, which is great. I highly recommendation this product to any one who has pets and whant a hand free vaccum that does a great job.
