After putting up with a Bissell for the last 2 years, my new roommate has brought this jem home! It's great, the suction is so strong (and our carpets thin) I can actually see it pulling the carpet up if I put it on a 'low carpet' setting. It's picked up everything that the Bissell couldn't, we love it.The canister is a bit messy when emptying, but almost all bagless vacs are. I love that the whole handle pops out and turns into the end of the hose attachment, I just grab the handle on the top of the canister and walk around with it.This is the best vac I've had, if she takes it with her, I'm buying my own.
