I was frustrated with employees' abuse of equipment. Vacs were tossed into a closet, parts lost, cords torn from sockets and bags never emptied or changed. I saw "Henry" on a trip. Explored on Amazon and found the others in this personalized vac family. Most of my staff cleaning our 40,000 sq.' facility are female. They are very careful with Hetty. Looks like she will last! NO MORE DOMESTIC VAC ABUSE!
