I have used this vacuum at work in a church for over two years, and it has the best suction, about twice a normal vacuum. I recommend using the Y paper bags, not the cloth bag, as otherwise it is a mess to clean out. No problems with this vacuum, and only flaw isn't a flaw...the recommended belt is so tight to replace, I use a slightly longer belt which works very well. It is easy to forget to change the bag because even when full, it works better than any other vacuum I've used at work, and I've worn out quite a few of them. Highly recommended! I bought one for home and buy bags in bulk. Since I replaced the belt with a longer one, I have not had to replace the belt since. Very happy with this product also due to the extremely easy to use crevice tool and way one just has to pull the hose out of the back, flip a cover closed, and can use for corners, crevices on the fly, no difficult switching to slow one down. I use this every day and really am impressed & pleased with it.
