I purchased a new Rainbow from Great Vacs and when I received it, it was package like it was just thrown in the box. I paid for a new unit and the unit I got looked like it has been used. It was a bit banged up and no manual or instruction came with it. I have left 2 messages with Great Vacs with a couple of questions, but no responds. Poor customer service & not a new unit.
